Ziferblat cafe is a emerging business that I chose to analyze in the Unit 2, this is a pay-by-the-minute café.
Ziferblat, which translates roughly to ‘clock face’ in Russian and German. This cafe is a response to the changing patterns of 21st-Century working, all coffee and tea are served for free, but every minute you stay you have to pay 3 pence for the hour.
The Ziferblat also offer room rentals too! Use them creatively designed spaces for customers next meeting or presentation. Room rentals are charged on a per-hour basis, and unlimited coffees and teas are included with all rentals.
This is an Anti Cafe, as well as The social network in real Life.

The brand new space in East London is set up to resemble a cosy living room, complete with comfy sofas and chairs, a large communal table and a range of board games for those visiting in their free – sorry, spare – time. Tea, coffee, cereal, fruit and baked goods are plentiful, there are daily events, and all ages are welcome.
